- No refunds will be provided after 7 days, under any circumstances
- After 7 days, the remaining paid amount will be fully adjusted in the form of services

- Be responsible for the legality of content, ads, and business claims
- Ensure compliance with platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and results.
7. No Guarantee of Results
- OctaByte does not guarantee specific results, rankings, leads, or revenue
- Digital marketing performance depends on multiple external factors such as:
- Market conditions
- Competition
- Ad budget
- Platform algorithms and policies
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, creatives, strategies, and materials developed by OctaByte remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- After full payment, usage rights are granted to the client
- Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without written permission
9. Third-Party Platforms
- We are not responsible for changes, downtime, bans, or policy updates by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or hosting providers
- Account suspension or ad disapproval due to policy violations is not our liability
10. Limitation of Liability
OctaByte shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Business loss, revenue loss, or profit loss
- Technical issues beyond our control
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services if terms are violated
- Terminate services for non-payment or misuse
No refund will be applicable in such cases.
